About

Eunice Sana-Aniambossou

One career. One mission.

Helping you save years of your career with the rules nobody teaches.

My name is Eunice Sana-Aniambossou. I'm a Principal Consultant, and I started at the very bottom of the ladder.

My journey begins in Benin, with a bachelor's degree in transportation and logistics management, then takes me to France, to Aix-Marseille, for a master's degree in international logistics management. First in my graduating class, always near the top: I was what you'd call a good student. In 2013, I stepped into the consulting world. And I quickly discovered that academic excellence was no longer enough: I was a junior consultant like everyone else, with the first workshops where you don't dare speak up, and the first rules nobody teaches.

Since then, I've climbed every step of the profession (junior, mid-level, senior, lead, principal) on some of the largest SAP transformation programs in Europe: aerospace and defense, mining and metals, building materials, cosmetics. Company mergers, rollouts across dozens of subsidiaries, S/4HANA migrations. And I've had a rare opportunity: doing this job on both sides, at a consulting firm and at the software vendor itself.

What all those years taught me

One reality kept coming back, project after project: with equal skills, some consultants saw their careers take off, while others, brilliant and hardworking, stayed stuck for years.

The difference was almost never technical. It lay in invisible rules: professional presence, visibility, sponsorship, the choice of assignments, communication, the ability to create value beyond your own scope.

Nobody had taught me these rules. I discovered them in the field: sometimes after mistakes that cost me time, often thanks to mentors, always through experience. That experience is what gave birth to From Junior to Principal.

What I believe

Professional success doesn't depend on technical skills alone. It depends on the strategy you build for your career. And that strategy can be learned, much faster with someone who has already walked the path.

Today, alongside my work as a Principal Consultant, which I still do, I pass these rules on through my books, my content, my talks and my coaching. No ivory-tower theory: the real mechanics of careers, seen from the inside, by someone who is still in the job.

Why trust me

A practicing Principal Consultant

I still practice, every day, the profession I teach, in the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, AI).

Every grade, climbed

Junior, mid-level, senior, lead, principal: I know every step because I've climbed it myself since 2013, at a consulting firm and at the software vendor.
